Not only did she make sure my house was not damaged in the storm but because the sellers didn't get trees removed before my closing date she got us money back to take care of the trees!! She was always available when we needed help. She knows a lot about the housing market, new housing developments, school districts, and builders in the area. She knows many of the other agents and was able to help us navigate both buying and selling a home. She also has great taste and helped us pick customizations for our new house and gave us advice to make our old house more attractive on the market. We sold the first day we showed the house.
